isn't the allegro the car that Crayford had to fill the sills with concrete to stop the shells flexing?

I despair of Ebay - over £200 for a not very remarkable mini wheel, and I can't get a bid on a cracking project at what I think is a great price.

Does anyone do BMC paper bags in XXXXXL? Might be my only hope to wrap the bugger up and sell it from an Abingdon postcode.

8-)

I remember that seller flogging a really original Mk1 S in white / black a few years ago with Restalls in it etc, it had 'Doppleganger' sign written on the door. Great project, wonder what happened to it?.

I suspect shill bidding here,as this seller has a dubious history with buying items (seats etc) with one Ebay account and re-auctioning them with this account at laughable prices ,along with totally dishonest "descriptions".

is that a genuine one, or a home made effort?

when you compare it to photos of proper ones it doesn't look that nice, look at the flange depth (oooh-er missus) for example....

I thought that one looked quite rough around the edges. Certainly not as tidy as the others I've seen pictures of.

It just doesn't look like a quality item that Nick would have worked on, could it be triumph?

That '61 looks like an early '60 to me. Nice number, though sellers always over value them.
