What Seats Are These?

As the title says, does anyone recognise these seats? Or are they just standard recliners that have been re-trimmed?

They look like s recliners re trimmed in red vinyl but mk1 style. My recliners were same but black vinyl so I bought mk2 covers from newton commercial to suit my car.

Is the top of the seat backrest not too flat.

The owner has a pair, but they are not for sale.

PS The more I look at them in the pictures the more I think they are Cooper recliners with a bit of extra padding at the top, hence the flat profile. I have not seen them in the flesh yet.

I think it has been trimmed badly

I think it should have 2 rubber diaphragm's the Mk2's have

it should also be sprung on the seat backrest, the webbing has plastic re enforcement on the staples. (where is Gareth

)

I agree. It does look like an S recliner. Well the frame does when compared to the attached pic.
