Just been on another trip to Portmerion, and the Moke itch is back......
Thinking about it, I think it must be 5 years or more since I saw a project moke for sale (even on Ebay) - have they all been restored and asking £15k now?
I know there is suposed to be a guy in scotland who has a few projects, but with only the vaguest of directions, I've yet to pay him a visit.....
That day may be getting closer - must sell clubmans car.

Count yourselves lucky with two weeks of sun,we still have not seen it this year on the Emerald Isle and the police are worried about mass riots on the beaches with pale paddys if a red shiny dot appears in the sky anytime soon. Would love a Moke btw.rich@minispares.com wrote:Pandora wrote:Lovely job. I REALLY want a Moke.

Mokes are still great fun when the weather is bad, but you do need adequate clothing.
Even in Australia Moke projects are becoming harder to find and the remaining ones are becoming more and more expensive. It's a long time since I last saw a "Moking is NOT a wealth hazard" bumper sticker.
I couldn't afford to buy my own Moke anymore.
