I don't think the 'q' really matters, it at least shows that its correctly registered, and that the builder did a half decent job when it first put together.

if people ever ask me about the 'q' on some of my kit cars I just say that it shows that it was a 'Q'uality car 8-)


its well overpriced though, he is asking far too much for an unfinished car that looks to have a load of the gtm parts missing - I bet you could buy a running car for that sort of money

I was watching those on the train home yesterday, I almost made loud noises of disbelief when the price jumped up - I thought the start price of £180 was pushing it a bit! Bought mine for £60 a year ago and they are in better shape than these, boggles the mind - to Japan they go I bet.

I thought the start price of £180 was pushing it a bit!

So did I.

I hope the buyer is happy, as i have NEVER seen a set of manifolds go for anywhere near that sort of price before. Not even NOS & Complete!
