Has anyone been to one of these events either as a spectator or competitor?

Yes been a couple of times Well organised event with access most areas including the paddock(pit).nice little classic show also on site . Cooper reg attended last year and will be back this year . A nice alternative to the usual static show. Some nice cars vintage and otherwise go up the hill.

The course is very short but as usual with classic events like this you get your money's worth with 'the craic'. ;)

yes, been a couple of times, and would echo the comments above - small, but good event.

Of course, you should do have a crack at Doune some time. That'll reset the 'brave' baseline

That'll reset the 'brave' baseline.

We're having an MCR Scotland stand there for the 2 days, but anyone is welcome to join, regardless of membership etc. Normally, we have different people/cars attending on each day...but that doesn't stop anyone from attending both!

Patricia has to finalise the stand over the next couple of weeks, so if there is any interest, please email her on ben_patricia_webb@hotmail.co.uk.
