12G940 with 25cc chambers
A long shot I know, but does anyone have a good 1275cc head with chambers around the 25cc mark?
Or alternatively a good head that's not been skimmed?

I’ve got a couple of 940 early style complete core units.

Thanks -I’ll keep that in mind if I can’t find something that’s nearly there

I thought all 940 heads were 21.4cc. KC's website has a list which suggests that.
The forerunner of the Mini .. the A35 .. lots of similarities except rear wheel drive. Mine engine contains a lot of Mini parts now and some Metro brake parts!

Thanks all - if we have to start from scratch then there are some good useful options there.
I'm going to hold out a little longer to see if a worked one turns up, but I know it is unlikely

Initially yes, but I'm ideally after something that has had work done and the chambers opened up.

Assumed you were looking to "Turbo" it ? - just thought, if you were, the Metro Turbo head might help as rumoured to have extra oil ways and sodium valves.....
