Post by woodypup59 »

Has anyone got one of the above - in serviceable or better condition ? NOS even better.

Its the first motion shaft ball bearing for 3 sync boxes.

I'm told that new new ones are slightly larger - so the case would need line boring - which I want to avoid.

All the n.o.s ones I have fitted are the exact size, the stock that Minispares and Guessworks have are n.o.s so you should have no issue with fitment. I have just checked a new one against a used one with the vernier - both identical.
These bearings have not been manufactured in RHP form for over 15yrs.

Use a calculator, or better still measure your bearing in metric!
