That was an interesting bit of research there Winabbey - in a nerdy sort of way..... Maybe someone with a bent for deciphering this sort of thing could indeed research the user handbook issue and come up with a definitive answer to what code, when!
That's not my research, just a link that was asked for previously.
I've done much the same thing for Australian issued drivers handbooks and parts catalogues so people know which publications number and version to look for.
