22G1128 gearbox

Looking for that elusive part, shout about it here.

I'm looking for the above, it hasn't got to be spectacular but at least all the gear selector parts there, I'm going to do a magic wand conversion so the tail housing style isn't that important ( ADO16 type ok) preferably within 100 miles of Central Essex.

Not even close to a 100 miles from you, however I have a NOS ADO16 1128 gearbox. Not a Gold Seal, but brand new.

Hi, I have a couple of 1128 boxes available. They are still on the ADO16 engines though.
I am in Essex. It must be Christmas :lol: (Colchester)

I've got an 1128 magic wand box under a Goldseal 998 engine that I'm about to list for sale - would that be of any use ?
Metric is for people who can't do fractions.

I think I have one .. complete as removed years ago. Will check tomorrow if interested.

Hello

I have a 22G 1128 case which has been fitted with a 3 syncro magic wand diff housing . It's a much better change than the 4 syncro one with the steel plate on the bottom .
It has been correctly line bored and dif cover faces remachined

Thanks for all the replies guys, hopefully I've sent messages to people within range etc, it is just a gearbox I need as the engine is away being machined at the moment.

I have converted my 1128 box to go in the van I'm guessing an ADO16 box can't be converted unless you change the diff housing. Willing to be educated
