Do they have pins in the back or held on by adhesive?

A few different designs of these over the year including pins vs adhesive foam and silver on blue vs blue on silver.

Have one like that.
Not sure if it will be good enough for a concours car as a few small scratches that can be seen under a bright light and unusual angles.
