Jack Knight gearbox assembled and tolerances checked by Dan Howell Classics.
Gearbox has only done one track day.
22G1128 Gearbox casing with ADO16 diff housing and remote, solid mounting.
Remove pre-pump filter adapters machined and fitted to the front the front of the gearbox case along with modified oil pick up.
Straight cut Jack Knight Development's dog gear set.
Ratios
1st 2.16 2nd 1.46 3rd 1.18 4th 1. Reverse gear 18/17 tooth.
Straight cut MED crown wheel and pinion set on Tranex style plate LSD.
Differential 3.75:1 F/D ratio.
Straight cut drop gear set : ratio 24/30/24-1:1.

The rubber has been removed from the plate then welded to make it a solid mount.

That is what I have done to all of mine, although I think I have seen a solid aftermarket one somewhere.
