nickacb, Do you mean the one top right in the photos? I have the same on my indicator stalk, it looks amber, but I don't think it's original. I also have two other green indicator caps which I believe is correct for a 1960 Austin? TIA, G.

More info on the 'complete' gearbox. Is there a diff in it? What ratio and internal ratios please. In other words, exactly what 4 synchro variant of the mini does it come from. Too expensive to buy on spec without knowing

The end of that stalk is indeed orange.
Peter, the gearbox is totally complete with diff. I think it is just a standard ratio box, not an close ratio as I cannot see any numbers on the laygear. I would have to count the diff to see what that is, let me know if you would like me to do that. Thanks.
