It has got a central roof interior light, small metal rear view mirror, full front valance, dry suspension, opening rear windows, the oval shaped speedometer binnacle with the extra gauges, indicator stalk with the green light in the end, oh and it don’t run yet had great fun towing it back to mine! Wonder if there are any kind Mini owners locally who might know how to get the old girl up and running again? Don’t think it’s much, possibly just timing and or wiring, this positive earth thing really confuses me old noggin!

That all sounds correct for the Deluxe version, and at that age it would not have the door switches for the interior light, unless retro fitted in some way. Is the steering column bracket chrome?

Yes, they do. I suggest that before you go any further that you invest in or borrow a parts list. Or copy one that is published elsewhere on the forum.
