Mark i can see about 8 , that must have been a short stay car park , motorbike with third wheel front left , also two soft top cars and plenty of beetles and looks they spilt oil in them days also .

I am about the same
My theory is that the photo was taken just a year or two too early in Mini production for them to be about in such large numbers. Most of the other cars are older rather than younger aren't they.
Anybody else thing the white MGA Coupe in the front row could be Police with a loadhailer?
As Dave says, not much imported stuff. Proud to be British. Foreign cars were very expensive too.
