Resurfaced access road!! Ten years too late but very welcome, especially on those late night return trips from the pub.
Hurray! Even with prior warning, I clattered into some of those potholed sections last year, I was thankful for 'Tweedy's' sumpguard!

Not sure I'll make it yet, but could anyone please explain how it works for spectators? The only ticketing information I could find was for those booking time on the track.
Of course I know what a dipstick is, you get called something often enough you look it up!

Just turn up on the day, pay over a charitable donation to whoever is on the gate. If you are in a classic Mini you will be allowed to park on site, if not park outside & walk in. There is no ticketing for anyone but those on track.

If anyone is looking to stay over at The Black Horse Inn I've just cancelled my booking so there will be a double room available.

I am getting the car ready for our first Blyton experience. I will be bringing it up on a trailer behind a camper. Is there somewhere on site to stay over on Saturday night, near to showers and toilet says the wife?
Does anyone have a map of Blyton to show us newbies where everything is?
Really looking forward to it.

There is plenty of room for campers etc & this is now free. The bogs & showers are also close by.

Access to the site is AFTER 5.00pm on Saturday. Some electric hookups are available, but these are on a 1st come, 1st served basis.
Layout is substantially the same as seen below, main difference is that the area marked "club stands & display area" is all camping.

Just one word of caution, Blyton denied us access to the camping field last year due to waterlogged ground which caused us a big headache and looking at the weather we’ve been getting recently it wouldn’t be a big surprise if this happened again unless it stops raining very soon! However there’ll still be sufficient space available to camp in the paddock going off last year.

For anyone looking for a morning slot I have just cancelled my booking via Javelin as the car won’t be ready in time.

Hi,

I have a question concerning the action day at blyton park. Is there a special mini autojumble or any other parts for sale area as well?

Thank you very much

Yes we do have a Mini jumble area. If it becomes too busy there’ll be jumblers selling from their car boots wherever they park up.

If you are looking for certain parts , post it in the wanted section , then people who are going to Blyton and have what you are after , will bring the part/ parts along .

Winter should have ended by May. On my 6 mile morning walk/run today I got soaked to the skin in a hailstorm followed by an attempt at snowing and successful rainfall at 2 degrees.

The 6+ month British winter is now definitely a thing.
