Can you change the bulb to a LED bulb ?????

You can but you won't get a 'spot' from the spotlight part because the focal length of the bulb in relation to the reflector is all wrong. Just the usual blinding white light! Mind you, perfect for a reverse........ BUT! The brightness exceeds that permitted - unless you can dim it a bit.
