Podcasts anyone ?

Post by Exminiman »

After being conned into a "Family" Spotify account by my offspring, found some Podcasts about Minis.....makes nice change to listen to in the car.

This is Minilife 73 from across the pond ;)

You do need Spotify (I think, but might be wrong) as an example, this Don Racine, founder of Minimania...there are about a dozen or so episodes, some more intresting than others

https://open.spotify.com/episode/3pnzEi ... b4ec814cd9

Anyone else got any interesting ones ?

I’ve been listening to Mini Life and they are great episodes. Love hearing about other mini owner’s experiences and how they got involved with minis.

Might I suggest, if they are agreeable, that you might seek interviews with some of the well known classic mini people?

As an archive, could be a valuable and fascinating, especially if they havn’t written books and want to tell “their” story.

There are so many and they ( aren’t we all) are getting on now.

Just a few names that spring to mind ; Richard Longman, Keith Dodd, Steve Harris, anyone who worked at Downton in fact, list goes on ……..on and on……sure others have suggestions.

Great idea. I had a listen but I couldn't help thinking it was like interviewing Charlie Watts to start with
Some good names mentioned there. Keep them coming

Thanks for the input. Yes I’m looking into “big bames” however the most difficult part is getting into contact with them and scheduling. Doing my best.
