Given this week’s goings-on, I thought this was hilarious :)

Great send up of the latest FB focus! Pete has worked his magic again! I can’t wait to see Minty’s stablemate finished, it’s going to be a stunning car without the BS!

Al has already pointed out on FB that this is actually the stolen history of his Monte Carlo Works Radford, Downton, Taurus, Cooper Car Co Mini Van, I’m sure he will be here to back this up shortly, he has it all on file…

I suppose a good S goes for about 45k how do you get to 80or 100k , firstly 3 to 5 for some nice trick bits, still 30 or 45 short, mention a celeb 10k Le Man 10k, Downton breathed on 5 ish, still a bit short, ah cheeky cherished number to mask the real ID 5 k, give it a nickname, the “Flop”then Gees your uncle you have it. But he does make exceedingly good cakes (cars)

Particularly enjoyed the bit about Steve McQueen sitting on the history file.

I do indeed. I forgot to mention that my (i.e. the REAL van) was actually factory built 4" lower in the body - it was a prototype that was going to be aimed at small businessmen - but it was actually de-sprinted by Revil Nickett in period. But once his wife was less hormonal he was able to finish it off in peace.

Allegedly.

This Pete fella's at it. Totally.
