Deep Throated Wiper Wheel Box Q

Post by Polarsilver »

Reading the Robert Young "Works Minis in Detail" book .. there is mention of "Deep Throated Wiper Wheel Boxes " which sounds to be a very good idea ..do they still exist as a wiper wheel box that can be purchased today ?

I have read on here before that they were off some sort of truck. I am sure someone has quoted the part number before. Can't find the details at the moment though.

72845 Bedford truck..., you also have to change the large gear in wiper motor to 150 degrees to compensate for the larger wheel box gear..I've done it and it really is a worth while conversion
