I fell in love with 2 strokes while still at school, a while back now. Have tuned them, raced them fallen off them and ridden them chasing my brother on our tuned RG's to various UK circuits and round the IOM. Intoxicated by the smell especially Castrol R, I would like to say that that was the only reason I rode behind him, truth is he was faster round some corners than me but with a tweak to my porting I could make up on acceleration.

Still have the RG also an RD, NSR and BSA Bantam together with a couple of British project. Sadly, lock down curtailed my riding and hips appear to have tightened up and struggling to get my leg over - my suprisingly sympathetic doctor has booked me in for some pysio !

Anyway, as I remember the Imp engine was often used in the Davian, reckon that this must be awesome, not sure that I would want to drive it, however might be interested in an old Wartburg, Saab or possibly Trabant.
