Thanks for organising this Mark. We all know someone who has been though the struggle with cancer and anything we can do to help is worthwhile for all. I’ve sent a donation too

Are you able to add a little blurb as to the work Macmillan does? That might be helpful for us overseas that aren’t familiar with them.

Hi Mark,
Tried to buy tickets using your link, but at the time of payment(Paypal) it said it doesn't allow donation in my country! Is it true?

Thanks

Hi Ted,

Thank you for trying. If you want to send a payment to my usual address, I can add you in manually.

However, I am away from home until Monday evening, so I won't be able to do it until my return, once I am back, I will update the spreadsheet & send everyone who has bought tickets their numbers. Unexpected Christmas present :)

Thanks all,

M

Evening folks. Thanks to all who have bought raffle tickets and to those who have generously donated prizes. I’ll speak to Mark on Monday about adding some more prizes. MacMillan have been a lifeline for me for the last few years of my wife’s cancer battle and this additional fundraising by Mark is fantastic.

Thanks again.

Following my long weekend away I am now pretty much up to date regarding additions to the master spread sheet for the raffle & have added all donations / purchases made up to this morning.

If anyone has made a ticket purchase and hasn't received a message from me confirming their purchase, please can they drop me a line either by PM or via email.

Our current total is now a pretty impressive £1,545.00 with 309 tickets sold.

Please continue to share amongst your mini friends!

Is there an easier way to buy more than one ticket, Mark?

Due to popular demand, I have changed the way people can buy tickets so they can buy multiples in a single purchase.

I hope this is easier.

I am also pleased to announce some more fantastic prizes.

Trevor from Pro-Seat has offered a bespoke competition seat to a lucky winner.

Gordon from catmint Classic Car parts has donated £150 worth of gift vouchers against his excellent products.

More details to follow very soon.

Thanks Mark that works better I would of had more originally like that. Just lost my cousin before Xmas to this horrid disease at 54yrs unfortunately as he was living in Hong Kong he was isolated from most family so such help as Macmillan was not an option.

I have to say, the prize being offered are incredibly generous, so many, many thanks to all who have donated.

Not that the prizes should really be the motivation in this case, but even so, what a great selection on offer for a measly £5.
