Anyone know what that force is, with the identifier OB? Birmingham? Incidentally, a picture clear enough to show an ancient AC alternator, the oil cooler but NO bonnet landing platform brace. 4.5" wheels(?) looking at the offset.

It might even be from a block of Longbridge numbers.
As for XLV124J, it's dead and buried but XLV123J is a Cooper S last taxed in '89.
I'm sure the V5 will be reissued soon.

I've been surfing and researching the net today and have come up with this. My 1965 Austin Mini Cooper S was delivered to them in May 1965 and converted by Harold Radford as Mini de Ville GT (hatchback) and first registered in January 1966. A tale of 2 registration numbers - 1966, 1974 & back to 1966 in January 2015. Still trying to find the owners between January 1966 and December 1971 - Guilford to Colchester - 4 owners?
