Wow, that’s some statement and the end of the listing !
And about as acurate as the rest of it. I checked up on this and literally nobody has been spoken to / investigated including the original owner of 4420 PF. What’s he supposed to do if he is anyway, pretend he never owned it? It was even in its original paint! ‘Doubling down’ doesn’t cover it!
