Water hose identification please

Is this pipe off a mini ? I have had it for years sat in a box of other bits. I was wondering if it is off a left hand drive 998 cooper (part number 12A433) as it looks like it will fit this, from the bottom hose to the heater accross the manifold. Unfortunatley I do not have a twin carb car handy to try it on

I can supply them now. There appears to have been two lengths used - one as per picture above that terminates infront of the dashpot, the other is a bit longer and finishes over the fuel bowl and is bent a bit more towards the bulkhead
