Measurement needed

Post by jayare »

Hi - does anyone have a later (Mk4 1976-on) Mini that they can have a quick measure of the distance between the back of the seat cross-member to the centre of the front hole for the seat lock-down hoop on the rear floor?
Thanks,

Measuring from the rear of the cross member to the centre of the front vertical of the lock down hoop, I found the drivers side to be 28mm and the passenger side 30mm. Assuming the vertical is exactly in line with the lower part that protrudes through the floor that puts you in the ball park for the hole position.
