Dear Mr Vizard,
I have an 850 cc Mini & I would like to make it slower, noisier & use much more fuel. I don't really want to modify the engine, but am happy to spend lots of money to achieve my goal. Can you suggest anything that may help?

These items, along with an old suit case and surf board on the roof rack - horrid.
Probably the reason for the dear price - they serve a certain customising group with as deep pockets as bad taste
