As you say Robin, most of those are not "predictions" at all as many of the cars listed have already been rising for some time: Early MX5s, and Boxsters, Corrados, Imprezas, to name just a few.......

Rover BRM ?
Excellent car
Only made about 800 before BMW stopped production
Much better performance per pound than cars in the BMW range
