The 1100 Estate never took off did it? Mark 1's were very rare 40 years ago and it was only towards the end (71-74) that they started selling a few. Like the Mini Estate, they should have fitted rubber cones. An 1100 Van would have been very handy.

There were a few prototype 1100 vans that were circulated to dealers, but as BMC refused to fit anything other than Hydro on them. They were rubbish.
