What is the tag ID on the carbs?
I have an Alexander conversions set and the carb tags indicate 997 carbs. Just interested in what the Nerus set up has.

On mine they have the tags from a 998, so I guess it could be anything.

No Tags , so guess they are just a made up set . Apart from the needles would have thought all early SU carbs are pretty the same . I know the later ones incorporated some kind of engine breather intake.

Mine have the same setup as the Speedwell sprint sets. They look original / unmessed with for decades.

Apart from Roymck needing a second standard HS2, has anyone cut off the inlet and used the cast iron exhaust manifold rather than a freelow?
I see on the Nerus page they also did a version of the standard rocker cover. Is that an option?

Bit confused , I don’t need a second standard SU , it’s just a Nerus Alloy rocker cover I am looking for .

Sorry, there were comments that the original Nerus manifold had two standard SU carbs connected rather than the Cooper style you now have. If you go down the Nerus tuning look you may consider that?
But as I was interested in your Nerus question I saw on the MK1 site they also did another rocker cover you might search for. Just suggesting other options.
