Yes, no cracks. I have been dealing with a cracked one for months now trying to get a satisfactory fix and so far no luck...

Thanks for the replies. I have been in contact with MiniMania for quite some time and they do not anticipate seeing any of these for a while (if ever).

My luck with eBay on items like these has been running about 50%. I have had a few too many cases where what I got wasn't at all what was described and it wound up costing me a lot of $ for nothing. Not saying that is the case with these two but it's a lot of money to risk...

I had a response to this via PM so hopefully it turns out,

Thanks for any additional leads! My entire restoration has been stalled for many months pretty much because of this one issue.

Just stripped my 2nd 163 and discovered its cracked as well :cry:

It had been repaired at sometime on No1 but cracked again in the same place.

Reckon the 940 will be going back on ....
