Cam follower chest cover LH (REAR)

Post by Dearg1275 »

I’m chasing an early vented tappet chest cover. It has the vent placed on the right hand side of the cover and is swan neck type. Part number is 12H948 and appears like this in AKD3502.

I shan’t be holding my breath as it’s a long shot that someone might have one.

Well, when I said I have a few....I do....but they are nearly all what everyone else has.....Left hand or straight...however, I did find this one. Was a bit damaged...did a little weld repair.
Not a perfect item as it has some pitting on the pipe. Have no idea what it is off or when I obtained it...been in the box of others for years.
