I Think it is with a 90 mph center, so 100£

No, it has the correct centre for a KPH speedo. Note the 800 TPK .

well I think 100 miles translates to 160 km. something does not match here

SN4421/01 is from a 140kph speedo. The 800 TPM will be the same if the final drive is the same whatever kph it is graduated to.

Looks like the translation between both scales has confused references :

- 1 mile translates in 1.609 meters. So the 90 Mph should be facing a 144,48 Kmh.
- 1 NAUTICAL mile is 1.852 meters. The 90 NM should be facing 166,68 kmh. Which seems to be roughly what is shown on the picture.

We can then suppose the fascia has been redown, but on a "wrong" basis... Unless this speedo was supposed to be installed on a plane for reading the speed on the runway

This may no big deal as long as the installation is accorded to the car's drivetrain... And you consider only the chosen scale. So if installed on a "continental" Mini and accorded on the KmH basis, the driver will remain on the safe side if he comes to UK.
