Simply gorgeous - the subtle sporting extras (including the seriously cool bootlid badging) are perfect. Health to enjoy and hopefully I can get a chance to see it in the tin if I can ever get across the water to some shows. Will you be at Goodwood Revival in Sept?

Cheers guys, the motor is a 998 Cooper, pretty much standard apart from a Kent 266 cam, she nips along nicely without too much fuss ;) , i didn`t want a rip-snorting beast, just a nice nippy, no fuss mini that was fun to drive 8-)

Cheers chaps you are too kind  , Tim i still have your door and rear trims, i brought them to Beaulieu but missed you, i will hold on to them for you until you need them ;) , West Wight would fit well where i am...well spotted  , would have preferred a DL reg but i wanted to keep her original identity, she was registered on june 6th 1960 , not sure where the WW reg originates from but it is not IOW.

This is nice! Could you tell me what that textured paint is you used for the underside? I want to do my Mpi Cooper in something similar.

Hi, Great looking car!
Where did you get the mirrors?...........presumably they fix through the sliding window mechanism.

Thanks

'nother question!................were the original seatbelts just 2 point fixing which you have now changed to 3 point?
I think I have the same belts, which apparently consisted of just a diagonal in the early days!-I had initially thought they were lapstraps mounted as a diagonal, and will probably go the same route as you have (thanks for idea) and get the buckles rechromed and then rewebbed as a three point.
