Remarkable just how many Mini and other motoring accessory firms there were in the North London area, often in backstreets or next to railway lines as the overheads were usually cheaper.

Not seen that Ronnie Biggs ad before .. love it .. bet they would not do that sort of ad today, unless they wanted a trip to the High Court.

Water under the bridge now I suppose but I occasionally work with Jack Mills' grandson who I'm sure wouldn't take kindly to it, the subject is stil lquite raw for some ;)

Wow, apparently offering Aaltonen‘s 1964 Monte works S for half the price of a new car !

But then again, didn’t they make a bunch of ‘showroom dolly’ copies of the three Monte winning cars - could be one of those...?
