I think with Mr Beans and his Mini, my liking started for the mini and all British.

I was 8 years old at that time

Crazy how fast time is running... :o
I promise i won't buy another MkI...

It's a bit like reading the history of some "Works" cars isn't it :o

The three Mr Bean Mini's crushed by an army tank below are probably being 'repaired' and re-surrected around their V5 documents as we speak.....

At some point I was involved in the Mr Beans movies and sold 3 minis for the filming crew in Mr Beans Holidays in 2006. They wanted the exact same model, including glasses marking. I sold 3 850 pristines 70's metallic green minis.
They cut one in half and only kept the front, cut another one in the 'other' way in order to have internal lateral shot, and the last one was kept as is, for external shots.

At the end of the filming, they offered me the cars for free, but didn't had the time to pick them up, they were in the filming location, in Marseille.
