looks like the airbox from 850 Automatic Minis/Early ADO16's 1300 with HS4 Carb.
Eventually very early 1275 GT ?

Luis you are 100% correct, automatic Minis and ADO16's with the HS4 carb. And yes early 1969 / 1970 1275 GT Mini also had the steel airbox.

Getting very hard to find now in good condition :D :D

We always used to keep an eye out for those in the scrapyard - must have had 6 or 7 over the years - on 850s and 1000s. We had one on my wife's car for many years ;-)

Hi

Those air filter housings was standard on all South African built 1098 and 1275 minis.

And yes they are becoming scarce here also.
