Mini Delta Japan has a sale on the 4 screw Les Leston boss (lower) for 9,600 円. It usually sells for 160,000 円. The horn ring for the boss is also on sell for 7,200 円. I am not sure if you can get it cheaper in the UK (I saw that someone is making the LL boss kits in the UK).

That's about £75 not a bad price, but with the horn ring it still brings it up to around £150 for the pair.

A bit of searching has led me here. My local fastener shop didn't have anything to suit my LL boss, does anyone have a supplier of the 2BA thread set screws? I can see a couple on eBay but obviously they need to be a decent quality as they hold on the steering wheel..

I like the google translation

If your Mini is Les Reston Steering,
The magical ring you see makes it possible to dress thoroughly!

A dedicated adapter for attaching the MK-I motif to the Les Reston steering wheel. If you have this, you can replace legendary brand motifs such as the synonym of MK-I, Austin and Maurice, which colored the 1960s! I would like to try absolutely if you are a mania! In Les Reston Steering For the owner, please set this ring with Les Reston Wood Handle , Les Reston Leather Handle and either Les Reston Special Boss , MK - I Center Motif or CO - Less Reston COOPER Motif ) in a set! How to enjoy dressing up remarkably It increases to.

And the boss kit is here:
