On the wheel dictionary there is no image of it,
does some one of you knows it ?

Looks like a Japanese production one to me.

No idea on details though.

If 108 indicates the PCD then it’s not for a Mini

fair point, but I don't think anything has a PCD of 108mm

Ford and Rootes Group (Sunbeam alpines etc) are 108mm (4 1/4") PCD

The JIL marking means they are type approved.

The only car I can think off with a 108 PCD in 12 inch is a Basic MK1 Escort .
