There's a blue/white 1968 Cooper S for sale on "Bring A Trailer"
Speedo says 12,000 miles but......

Bit crusty in the floors but the rest of it is surprisingly good condition, and looks to be a genuine unrestored car. That’ll make a nice restoration project for someone. Difficult to value a Mk2 but low $20k’s is my guess.

Definitely, to read a couple of the comments on BAT you'd think it was an utter wreck. It's not like it requires a pallet - wonder what they'd make of the surf blue S from Bangers and Cash?!

That's a great project, they're rarely that original, complete and unmessed with.
At $3,200 with 2 days to go that could turn out to be a real bargain.

Nick :)

Very slow bidding and a lot of questionable comments regarding how much work it needs.

Final bid was USD $13,500 (Reserve Not Met)

No idea where the reserve was at, maybe $15k?, but I doubt we’ve seen the last of this one.
