I have had this car for about 40 years, but can someone tell me the origin of this pedal please ?

It does look like a 1 off pedal to me. It was common to make & fit this type of pedal in rally & race cars, not that it is a guarantee that the car was raced or rallied.

Looks like a well made pedal though.
