Aye, email sent here as well, the worst that can happen is they'll say 'no ta'.

It'll be a fairly bloody expensive weekend away but could be a good experience to tick off.

Sounds like it would be a great event.

Like you mentioned....definitely not the cheapest, finding accommodation and potentially having to buy a 3 day ticket (if not for the driver/owner of the car, probably for the passenger).

I expect they'd want you on site pretty early and not let you go until some late time.....?

If the weather is good, it will be a cracking weekend.

Last time I did this in 2009, you received free entry for all 3 days for a driver + 1 other and unrestricted access to all Goodwood Members areas, including some stands. We camped & it was a very, very cheap weekend. One of the best I have ever had.

I don't know yet what the package for displaying cars is this time, but I don't imagine it will be any worse than last time.

We always camp 'on site' just over the road opposite the lavant straight, and it's ideal. With the 'over the road' area now, eating in the evening is now even easier.

I'd recommend it

I displayed my Fiat500 at the celebrations in 2017 and this was indeed the package we received...excellent value!

Loving your colour description of Puke Green Mark...straight off the original BMC colour chart...lol
