Picked this grille up earlier this week, is it a Benelite grille but without the badge?

I'd say yes....but sold by another supplier.

The guy I bought it from said it came with, not on, an Authi and a load of other bits.

Thought Benelite grilles came with Lucas 575 lamps

No they came with or without lamps.

Its just a very late one, they had no badges. Would have been sold by Brown & Geeson.

That’s almost undrilled as well which must be a right result :D
I think mines proberly been fitted to that many cars where everyone had a different stances on mounting it :lol:
I think I’ve seen the last two un headlighted ones pass through eBay at over 400 so hope it was a steal :lol:

I don't think it is a Benelite grille. They came in 2 types for Mk1. With 2 holes for spots or plain.
