While I am awaiting a couple of small panels bits for my 67 restoration project....thought I'd tackle the front seats.
They were a mess!!! years of grime and paint spattered on them.
Wasn't sure I could recover them....turning out pretty darn nice...always good to keep the original interior even though there is a bit of patina here and there.

As I was dismantling the seats I found this in the back cross channel.....wonder who No. 12 was...or where is he/she now!!!
Attached a picture of the small label with the Packed by No, 12 on it.
Also a couple of pictures of the seat covers...before and after...still have one seat left to do.

He must have appeared in one of the earliest episodes, as 12 was one of my lottery numbers years ago.......

Be seeing you!

Dermott's seat packing slip. See above in the thread.

Thanks Smithy....it was surreal to see this label drop out of the seat....from 51 years ago!.....
kind a neat to see it in a way....it will go back in when the seat covers are reinstalled on the frames.

Gareth and I were talking about the my Restalls and he shared a pick from one he had. Both had a handwritten QC tag and they both had obviously been written by the same person. A nice bit of serendipity all these years later.
