I’m building a set of aluminium panels. I have the bonnet, bootlid and door skins. Has anyone made the door pockets ?

Thanks Mark.
I have another set of panels to copy but preferred not to reinvent the wheel.

I'm guessing making the door pockets wouldn't be a five minute job.

Maybe I’m missing the point here, but would it not be easier to just cut them off? Do race regs state they have to be present?

If the car is a racer then the sensible thing to do is chop them off, I don't think the OP is building a race car though.

Paul Wiginton can help you out with an alloy bonnet and other alloy body panels, they are special order though.

Just to clarify.

I have no contacts for "off the shelf" bonnets.

Paul is one of a number of people who will be able to do a special order one.
