I have just had some re-trimming to my front seats and found this written on the reverse of the cloth

I imagine they would want special quality for these events, so would mark them for this reason .

Or you could have a seat that might have at one time been in a Motorshow car.

looks like it has a number next to it, if this matches any numbers on back seats or headlining then its all one trim set...
