Hello all,

a friend of mine is trying, here in France, to produce a 1/43 scale model of the 1963 MG Mini M Type and to do so, he's searching for pics of the inside/outside f the car. The Green one was shown at Silverstone Mini 35 (if my memory is good) and some other shows, so perhaps someone here can help me, digging in some old files? Many, many, thanks!

Eng.

There was a prototype MG mini saloon with an Elf / Hornet style bonnet and an MG 1100 style grill at Mini 35 at Silverstone, from memory a similar shade of green to the ADO34. I think I have a photo somewhere, but finding it may not be the work of a moment!

Is the car in Ireland now?

It's also in one of the mini books, maybe 'Amazing Mini' by Filby, or the Mini 30 book?

Al

This one... I do think I have some other photos of it but they're on an old PC.

Exactly that one, Pete. If someone got good pics of the back (and trim and dashboard) it will be heaven!

I only have these two from Mini 35 and the one Pete posted.

Shame it's hidden away with no prospect of coming out of hiding sadly.
