Last week I had a nice run out in the Orangebox up to Hawkshead in the Lakes back to the first registered address for it, July 1960!

Yeah, Hawkshead is just west of Ambleside.

While I was out on this run (210 miles!) I did some more photos. Here is it's second home, lived here from September 1961.

And it's third home from March 1962. This address is in Barrow in Furness only 5 minutes from the previous address, it was while living here it was crash damaged and ended up being bought for salvage by George Blackburn in the autumn of 1962 and being built into a rally car for his nephew, Roy Mapple .

Brilliant, Id love to do that.
Mine was first registered in Carlisle in '63 and spent time in the Lake District, never moving too far until we bought it in 2012 in Penrith and brought it home to Northern Ireland.
