Thought I had better knock one up so have this morning :D
This is basically what you will get for for £6.50 each .
Post is via Hermes or Royal Mail which I think will be under 3 quid , I will confirm prior to despatch.
I should get the aly stock in next week so hopefully will get them underway the week after.
Will keep you all posted
Cheers
Jeremy

They should be tapered front to rear on the outside diameter. Or did you just forget? or am I not seeing it from the photo angle?

Hi peter
When you say the outside dia taper is 10 degree how accurate was that definition ?
I’m asking mainly as I’ve placed the one ive made this morning next to what I believe to be an original (PN - WDO6635) and they are not the same .
I’ve now measured the original with a protractor and to me that angle looks more like 14-15 degree.
Have a look and see what you think .
Sorry for being a finicky twit :o

I'm sure that I measured the example I had with a protractor too. It was corroded to buggery so I'll go and do it again and see what I come up with.......

Yep, you're dead right....., 16 degrees. The ones I made were that so it was a drawing error. Nuffink to do wiv me guv.....

Nice one peter ;)
Will stick that one back up on Monday and put 15 degrees on it .
From what I can see the front raised face is 6mm wide on the original currently with 10 degrees it’s 8mm so think 15 degrees will remedy that .
I’ve put the counterbore taper in at 10 degree and that looks ok.
Do you still want 2 peter as these will look noticeably different ?
We will get it nailed in the end

I saw the pictured prototype today and was impressed with it - well worth the asking price in my opinion.

No....I'm not on commission
