Post subject:  Manifold Identification

Hi

I having a clean out of parts, and I need help to identify this manifold. I have searched the mk1 performance site, and cant find any information about it. Its for Mini as the bolts for the carburettorts have the same angle as a twin carb manifold for a Mini. It look like its prepared for both 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 SU carbs.

I have had a couple like that over the years. I have no idea who made it though.

Why am I thinking that Mangoletsi used to do some of their manifolds in flat Orange ?

Funny you should say that Mark, as I was thinking Mangoletsi myself. I just didn't have the courage of my convictions.

Mangoletsi...... didn't they market a water heated manifold with claims that tested even the 60's ideas of porky-pie type trade descriptions to the limit
