It’s a big mess there. Any investors they find want to take more than they give. Maybe Hood will pick up the pieces of what’s left. JD are not the only ones, well known high end Ferrari dealer is also due in court.

I heard a rumour that there is a court case rumbling on regarding a Ferrari sold at Auction which has implications for both the auction house and individuals in charge of the same. I don't know the details, other than the car was sold in the US

It's all getting a bit litigious, isn't it?

Its a good job 850 MCG wasn't a quarter of a million pound car otherwise that could well have been a court case for Bonhams, not that I think they were totally to blame, why should they believe the concerns of Joe Public?. JD Classics sold ahem...GRX 309D ahem... cough.. for £100K didn't they? Someone really got their arse well and truly slapped with that one!

Did anyone track the buyers of the 15 Cooper S's that JD restored as a job lot? Anyone on here own one?

The few I saw on their webpage looked quite well done, although a bit over priced if I remember.
